CONTAINER (exact): explainer.mp3, 2 to 3 minutes, clear natural voice, plain language, one structuring routine (for example by day or by part of the day), every claim defensible. PROCESS WE EXPECT, and show it: scaffold a script from real research; convene a council of 3+ angles that disagree and steel-man both sides, then pick one; reject your first script, tighten, refine; use your strongest frontier models and loop — a one-shot will read as slop and lose.
