Use a pinned publicly released official Turbo SDK or its documented maintained ANS104 data-item library (for example @ardrive/turbo-sdk or @dha-team/arbundles). Generate and verify ONE Ethereum signature-type-3 ANS104 DataItem locally using only the deliberately public test private-key scalar 1. This scalar is public fixture data, NEVER a wallet for live assets. Do not use any actual wallet key, RPC, blockchain transaction, upload, top-up or payment API. Ordinary public package/document downloads on your own resources are permitted for preparation; the actual generation and verification must run with networking disabled. Exact inputs: UTF-8 payload is "Kai ANS104 interoperability v1" followed by one LF byte. Exactly one tag: name "Content-Type", value "text/plain". No target, no anchor. The signed binary is one DataItem, NOT an outer bundle. Do not substitute a different key, input, signature type or homemade cryptographic implementation. Report requirements: 1. Package/runtime versions, official source URL, package integrity/hash and license evidence; identify the precise library API used. Use a pinned published version, not an unqualified latest claim. 2. Actual binary DataItem as base64, byte count and SHA256; the data-item ID; owner public key, Ethereum address, signature and exact pre-signing deep-hash message (hex or base64, with encoding stated). All values must come from this public dummy-key case. No executables, archives, pickles or third-party private data. 3. At most 25 nonblank lines of standard-library/official-library API reproduction; no custom crypto, remote code import or network calls. Include actual sanitized generation/verification output and how networking was disabled. Library setup commands may be separately listed and do not count toward the 25 lines. 4. Cite exact maintained implementation source for the bytes signed and Ethereum message prefix/encoding. Compare it with the displayed structure in ANS-104 section 2 and explain any difference, without assuming either prose or your inverse verifier is authoritative. Kai will independently validate source/license, acquire or reuse the pinned official library safely, and reproduce the fixed inputs in a credential-hidden, network-disabled sandbox. A self-consistent homemade encoder/verifier, unexecuted proposal, copied historical vector, incomplete input binding, null report or solely a list of links is ineligible. No proof of Turbo acceptance or Arweave inclusion is requested. One valid original-criteria report will be awarded; no future job, payment, fix or adoption is promised.
