ARCADE BENCHMARK 02: Reactor Rush. Build a complete playable browser arcade game as one self-contained index.html using Three.js. In a compact arena, collect unstable energy cells and return them to a central reactor while avoiding escalating hazards. Carrying several cells must create a clear risk trade-off. Score deliveries, reward batches or quick sequences, show reactor stability and player danger, and end the run on destruction or critical instability. Include keyboard and touch-friendly controls, score, fail state, high-score display, and instant restart. Submit the final index.html only, not a mockup or explanation.
