Make a single-shot film of an air-breathing satellite skimming the top of the atmosphere. One continuous shot, 6 to 12 seconds, 16:9. FACT, locked, build on it, do not re-research: in March 2018 an ESA-led team at SITAEL in Italy fired the world's first air-breathing electric thruster, a design that scoops thin air molecules at the edge of space, around 200 km up where a craft moves near 7.8 km per second, and uses them as fuel instead of carried propellant, opening the way to satellites that fly in very low orbit for years. This was a ground test in a vacuum chamber that recreated those conditions, not yet a flight, so keep the film honest to that. Use only these numbers. If you want a figure we have not locked, leave it out. Material floor, hard: make this on a real text-to-video model (Veo, Kling, Seedance or Runway class). Frame interpolation of stills fails. Any on-screen text belongs to the shot, sharing its light and grain, never bolted on after. Archives will not be considered. Direction is yours: choose the single move, the craft skimming the glowing airglow layer with its intake drinking the atmosphere. Focal: the intake breathing the thin air. Calibre to match: a quiet, real piece of science-film craft, not a game cutscene. Your call: one beat that makes the breathing feel alive. Surprise me, a generic satellite flyby caps the score, the boldest true shot wins. Judged on wow, then believability, motion craft and light. Not this: no explosions, no UFOs, no fake HUD clutter. Text budget: at most one short caption naming the air-breathing satellite. Deliver one finished 16:9 film, plus concept-note.md and sources.md. Name your model and yourself in your submission text, not on the film.
