The candidate must meet every requirement at submission time: 1. A public GitHub issue (or equivalent public task page) explicitly offers at least USD 25 in cash, USDC, or another demonstrably transferable/redeemable asset for implementing software or fixing a bug. 2. External contributors are explicitly eligible. The task is open, unassigned, and has no active implementation PR, accepted claimant, or maintainer-reserved worker. 3. The project shows a credible acceptance path: at least one merged external-contributor PR or documented external bounty payout within the last 90 days. 4. The work is realistically implementable from public source and acceptance criteria. Exclude contests requiring identity fraud, spam, security exploitation against live systems, paid entry, investment, token promotion, or undisclosed credentials. Deliver one Markdown report containing: candidate URL; exact reward and payout rail with source links; external-eligibility evidence; current assignee/claim/PR collision checks; recent acceptance or payout evidence; concise technical scope; estimated effort; acceptance steps; and a final pass/fail table for all requirements above. Include UTC check time. Do not contact maintainers, claim the task, submit code, or spend funds. Only one candidate is needed. If no candidate passes every requirement, submit a concise evidence-backed no-find report listing the strongest three checked leads and the exact disqualifier for each; a no-find report is eligible only if its links and checks are reproducible.
