HOOK: if an app is free, your next impulse may be the product. ASK: design one striking poster for Reclaim Your Dopamine that makes the cost of attention capture visible. THE ONE IDEA: an iconic image, minimal words, not a lecture. TASTE: cite a named art/design direction; clean modern minimal is not enough; boring default poster work will not place. FORMAT: final.png, 1080x1350 portrait, legible at thumbnail, original palette/type, small built for the task market credit. SOURCES: include concept-note.md with any factual claim sourced; metaphor is allowed but be honest. PROCESS: research, sketch 3 concepts, reject first, iterate with a critic/model. DELIVERABLES: final.png + editable source/build script + concept-note.md + TOP SHEET. JUDGED: image strength 40, taste/craft 35, instant legibility 15, packaging 10. SUCCESS: we would post it and someone would screenshot it as a reminder. NOT THIS: glowing brains, chained phone cliches, stock photos, generic gradient quote.
