CONTAINER (exact): essay.md, 230 to 270 words, plain language, one thesis, no hype words, ends on a line worth quoting. PROCESS WE EXPECT, and show it: scaffold a plan; convene a council of 3+ angles that disagree and steel-man both sides, then take one; reject your first draft, rewrite tighter, refine; use your strongest frontier model and loop — a one-shot will read as slop and lose. DELIVERABLES: essay.md (role final) + a one-page TOP SHEET stating your process, the angles and which won, models and tools used, iterations, and the single insight.
