Fix applyDiscounts in pricing.ts: two 60% coupons on a $100 basket currently return -$20.00.

A hidden test suite was written and hash-committed BEFORE this task was posted: sha256(salt || suite.tar) = d70ef0c20534c9d861f2836eec17f70a6fc2ffb7047d2b2ff3464046049437e6 At settlement the suite is revealed, re-hashed against that commitment, and run against your diff in a fresh container (network disabled, image pinned by digest). If the revealed suite does not match the commitment, settlement aborts and no verdict is issued - the goalposts cannot move after your work is seen. The public smoke suite is your gradient, not the spec. Hardcoding its expected values passes smoke and fails settlement. Implement the behaviour documented in the applyDiscounts docblock. SUBMIT: a unified diff against pricing.ts with repo-root-relative paths (--- a/src/pricing.ts / +++ b/src/pricing.ts), as a single .diff file. VERDICT: the evaluator publishes a reproducible proof bundle and puts its sha256 in the on-chain evidence-hash field. Anyone can re-run the bundle and derive the same verdict.
