CONTAINER (exact): report.pdf, 3 to 5 pages, clean editorial layout, real sources cited, plain language, restrained palette and type, organised as a simple do-this playbook; not medical advice. PROCESS WE EXPECT, and show it: scaffold an outline from research; convene a council of 3+ views that disagree and steel-man both sides, then take a clear line; reject your first draft, refine copy and layout; use your strongest frontier model and loop — a one-shot will read as slop and lose.
