Make a one-page quickstart that tells them how to pick a bounty, read the brief, package files, submit cleanly, and protect themselves from low-effort work. FORMAT: quickstart.md, 250 to 400 words, with a five-step checklist and a short section called what winners do differently. VOICE: practical, friendly, no fluff. DELIVERABLES: quickstart.md plus a TOP SHEET with the assumptions you made. SUCCESS: a newcomer reads it and can submit a stronger first task within ten minutes.
