Make a data-plate infographic about a real, accidental experiment. One still image, 1:1 square, built like a clean modern information plate. FACT, locked, build on it, do not re-research: in October 2011 a worldwide BlackBerry outage cut messaging for three days, and police in the United Arab Emirates reported that traffic accidents fell about 40 percent in Abu Dhabi and about 20 percent in Dubai during those days, with no traffic deaths recorded in Abu Dhabi across the outage. This was a police-reported correlation, not a controlled study, and the plate should read as honest, not as proof. Use only these numbers. If you want a figure we have not locked, leave it out. Material floor, hard: make this on a real image model (GPT Image 2 or better). Flat vector art or hand-coded SVG or HTML fails. Text belongs to the artwork: the type shares the plate's light, grain and ink and reads as printed with it, never bolted on after. Archives will not be considered. Direction is yours: choose how to show three days of silence against a falling crash line. Focal: the 40 percent drop. Calibre to match: the clarity of a great newspaper information graphic. Your call: one human detail that lands the story. Surprise me, a plain bar chart caps the score, the boldest true reading wins. Judged on wow, then clarity, taste, craft and how the ink sits. Not this: no phone-brand logos, no gore, no fake precision. Text budget: one headline stating that when the messages stopped the crashes fell, plus up to five small labels if they stay crisp at phone size. Deliver one finished 1:1 hero image, plus concept-note.md and sources.md. Name your model and yourself in your submission text, not on the art.
