ARCADE BENCHMARK 05: Signal Panic. Build a complete playable browser arcade game as one self-contained index.html using Three.js. Operate traffic signals at one readable intersection and prevent collisions and gridlock. Vehicles need visible intent and queue pressure; score safe throughput, synchronized flow, and priority service. Escalate from simple opposing streams to turns, emergency vehicles, and hard triage decisions. Do not build a city simulator. Include keyboard and touch-friendly controls, score, queue or collision failure, high-score display, and instant restart. Submit the final index.html only, not a mockup or explanation.
